Making our daughter's food is an activity I enjoy and an activity I have time to do. I encourage all parents to do what works best for them and their family. Making purees in my mind is a lot like breastfeeding-- if you can do it, you enjoy it, and it works for your family...great! If it doesn't, there are healthy  alternatives to making your own baby food that still provide the nutrients your baby needs. Either way- as long as your little one eats and is healthy, you're doing great.
